Main Introduction
Jet mud mixer is a special equipment to change the fluids density, mud density and viscosity by adding chemicals so as to adjust the proportion of the drilling fluids averagely, then make the mud for recycling use in drilling fluids. It will be perfect matched with shear pump. The whole unit mainly consists of sand pump, jet hopper, jet mixer and base with pipelines. TR can design both one jet mud mixer and double jet mud mixer according to user’s requirements. The galvanizing treatment adopts for the base, hopper, which has the property of anti-rust. Therefore, life span of the whole unit will be much longer.

1. TR Jet mud mixer can change the density, viscosity and water loss effectively, and also enhance material dispersion effect, improve the mixed liquid pressure head, so that the material in the tank fully mixed.
2. The jet mixing hopper and sand pump can either be combined or be installed separately, and they are connected by pipelines and valves. Seals adopt packing and mechanical double seal, which have good sealing performance.
3. Single jet mud mixer is composed of one sand pump, one jet mixing hopper that are installed in a base with pipe valves. Duplex jet mud mixer is composed of two sand pumps and two jet mixing hoppers.
