Introduction

TRLW series Decanter centrifuge are used to process unweighted and weighted, water-based and oil-based drilling fluids (muds). Mechanical energy is utilized to increase the gravitational force exerted on solids that are present in the mud system.oilfield Decanting Centrifuge are able to apply over 3,000 G-forces on the liquid/solids mixture, which separates the heavier solids from the lighter solids.
Features of TRLW Series Mud Centrifuge
- Using imported SKF and NSK bearings to improve equipment stability and bearing life.
- Straight and cone section of the drum are made from 2205 duplex stainless steel material, adopt centrifugal casting process.
- Remaining components of the drum assembly are made from SS316L.
- Screw carrier adopts YG6 wear-resistant alloy sheet protection. With long life, easy maintenance and replacement.
- Drum assembly is protected with demountable support frame in transit, preventing damage to bearing.
- Diversion port of screw pusher and slag-drip opening of the drum are protected by replaceable wear-resistant alloy sleeve, delaying the service life and maintenance cycle.
- Frequency control facilitates customers to adjust speed at any time, meeting different working conditions.
- Schneider or Siemens electrical components. Current overload & mechanical limit switch dual protections.
