Introduction

TRLW Series Decanter Centrifuge is used to separate suspended solids ≥2μm in diameter and treat the drilling mud and fluids. It is especially effective when used in oilfield service industry, industrial service industry and especially in environmentally sensitive areas. TR Decanter Centrifuge is high in recovery rate, effective in solids control and remarkable in the reduction of cost spent on drilling mud resupplying and management. It is a very sophisticated dynamic balancing machine, able to operate stably with the whirling speed ranging from 0 to 3800.

Our Decanter centrifuge are used to process unweighted and weighted, water-based and oil-based drilling fluids (muds). Mechanical energy is utilized to increase the gravitational force exerted on solids that are present in the mud system. TR Centrifuge is able to apply over 3,000 G-forces on the liquid/solids mixture, which separates the heavier solids from the lighter solids. Additionally, high G-forces separates fine solids from liquid.

Features of TRLW Series Mud Centrifuge

1. Remaining components of the drum assembly are made from SS316L.
2. Straight and cone section of the drum are made from 2205 duplex stainless steel material, adopt centrifugal casting process.
3. Screw carrier adopts YG6 wear-resistant alloy sheet protection. With long life, easy maintenance and replacement.
4. Diversion port of screw pusher and slag-drip opening of the drum are protected by replaceable wear-resistant alloy sleeve, delaying the service life and maintenance cycle.
