Main Introduction
TRCS series drilling fluid desander is a kind of hydrocyclone desander composed of hydrocyclone and shale shaker. It is the second class solid control equipment to treat drilling fluids, mainly used for separating solid particles with size 47 ~ 76μm.
Desander cyclone uses high chromium cast iron or pure polyurethane material. Customers can choose independently. We can exchange it with international brand. TRCS series mud desander has high separation ability and wide separation range. It can remove solid particles from 45 um to 1mm. Cyclone underflow is pressurized umbrella “wet bottom” to quickly discharge the particles in the separation zone, reducing the blocking probability.
