Brief Introduction

Desilter is a type of solids control equipment similar as desander. Configured with a set of desilter cones to separate 15~46 micron particles from drilling mud. It is composed of several sets of hydrocyclones on the basis of customer’s capacity requirements. As for hydrocyclones, it is split into desander hydrocyclone and desilter hydrocyclone according to different hydrocyclone diameter. Normally below 6” hydrocyclone combination is called desilter. In oil & gas drilling, 4” or 5” hydrocyclone combination are common for desilter, and 4” is the most used. 

The hydrocyclone of TRCN series desilter has long service life and stable performance. It is applicable to various kinds of drills in oilfields. The inlet and outlet of hydrocyclone can be connected very quickly, which is convenient for replacement and maintenance.
