Application
Suitable for flexible connection between top of stand pipe and vertically moveable faucet in oil drilling and mud conveying system.Suitable for adjusting installation error between drilling pump pipe and stand pipe for connection and isolation vibration.
It is also suitable for mass transfer of water-based or oil-based slurry pumped from rotary drilling equipment with minimum aniline point 66 degrees Celsius under high pressure,and to prevent hydrogen sulfide attack.In oilfield downhole operation,it transports water,oil,mud high pressure medium.
Struction
It is composed of carbon fiber outer layer with lined or stainless steel inner tube,carbon fiber r
einforced layer,middle rubber layer and steel wire reinforced layer(steel chain reinforced layer).It is mainly divided into steek wire reinforced type and steel chain reinforced type.
Connection Type
In addition to API Spec 5B pipelines and tubing threads,we also provide union and flange connection.We can customize according to customer requirements.
