Swivel joint

Swivel joint uses high-strength alloy steel,manufactured by special heat treatment technology.It uses a unique ballitic and steel ball structure to ensure that the joint has good mobility and impact resistance.Acme threaded connection makes it with advantages of easy and fast disassembly,firm connection,multiple seal design and high machining accuracy,to ensure the joint sealing properties.

High pressure swivel joint is made of high-strength alloy steel and through heat treatment, so that the rated working pressure intensity is ensured and the service life is prolonged. Our swivel joint is equipped with a steel ball in hardened orbit, so it can rotate flexibly. Both ends can be connected with LP internal threads or unions, applicable to various ways of pipe installation. In this case, the rated working pressure intensity is ensured and the service life is prolonged. Our swivel joint falls into two types: Long radius and short radius. Various models of swivel joints and their repair kits are available, suitable for normal or low temperature, or H2S environments, with sizes ranging from 1" to 4" and rated WP ranging from 2000psi-20000psi (14MPa-140MPa). Our products are available in the models of style 20, style 30, style 40, style 50, style 60, style 70, style 80, style 10, and style 100.
