Summary
The high speed mixer is the special experimental equipment for petroleum exploration and drilling industry. It is mainly used to agitate the drilling fluids in petroleum exploration by virtue of the electric generator driving the belt-conveyor to stir axle. Generator control is dependent on the speed governor of power supply. The progressive speed regulation is adopted. The actual mixing speeds are shown in digital display from the face plate of the speed governor. The range of speed adjustment is 4000～11000r/min. The mixing blade is made according to the API standard. Its structure is simple and reasonable. It is characterized by the big starting moment of force and the convenient speed adjustment.
