Hydro Cyclone Conic Cylinder for Desander Desilter Separator and Mud Cleaner
Introduction
A hydraulic cyclone is a device to classify, separate or sort particles in a liquid suspension based on ratio of their centripetal force to fluid resistance. This ratio is sometimes high for dense (where separation by density is required) and coarse (where separation by size is required) particles, and low for light and fine particles. Hydrocyclones also find application in the separation of liquids of different densities.
Drilling mud cleaner is a combine unit of desander, desilter and dewatering vebrating screen, It is a compact design with three parts in one unit. LDBH drilling mud cleaners are widely used for slurry purifying and recycling in pile foundations of railways and highways, municipal, subway, tunnel shield, oil drilling.

- Compact design with small footprint, with top feed and weir feed two option.
- Polyurethane ( PU ) material, high-chromium cast iron or ceramic to make desander and desilter cones.
- Desilter cones can be installed between eight and twenty 4" or 5" desilter cones, each cone can process 80 GPM, and makes a separation between 15 and 45 μm.
- Desander cones can be installed between one and three 10" desander cones, each cone can process 500 GPM and makes a separation between 45 and 75 μm.
