Introduction

Hydrocyclone is also called cyclone separator. It has two exits on the axis: the smaller on the bottom (underflow or reject) and larger at the top (overflow or accept). The underflow is generally the denser or thicker fraction, while the overflow is the lighter or more fluid fraction. We have Flexible options for 1,2 or 3 hydrocyclone desander for different capacities and desilter has flexible options for 8 or 10,12,16 hydrocyclone for different capacities.

Mud Desilter is the third important solids control facility in drilling mud purification system. It enhances the performance of drilling slurry, and can work together with desander cleaner. Commonly used hydrocyclone is ”4 or 5”, which separates size of 15-47μm solids particles out from drilling fluids. Drilling desilter is also called Hydrocyclone Desilter on the basis of clients’ handling ability. Currently TRCN series desilter is widely applied to oil & gas drilling, coal bed methane drilling, bored piling, tunnel, horizontal directional drilling and other trenchless project.
