Introduction
 
TRZYQ series mud gas separator is the special equipment to treat the gas cut drilling mud. The gas cut drilling mud will cause density and viscosity of drilling mud greatly deviate from normal parameter, it can not meet the requirement of drilling will cause of kick and blowout accident occurred. Mud gas separator combined with flare ignition device can process the gas-cut drilling mud effectively and timely.
 
For oil and gas well drilling, we usually set mud gas separator ahead of shale shakers. The drilling mud out of well bore will flow into separator via the chock manifold. After degassed, fluids will flow out of separator into shaker by pass or possum belly. Mud gas separator will help to get rid of large quantity invading gas. These are harmful and toxic gases may lead blow out.
