Introduction
Drilling mud desander is a kind of solid control equipment, which is commonly used in oil and gas field for drilling rigs. TRQJ series drilling mud cleaner are combined from Desander, Desilter and and Underflow Screen. Our Mud cleaner has the higher cleaning function compared with separated desander and desilter. In addition to the reasonable design process, it equals another shale shaker.
Mud Cleaner is the second phase or the third phase solids control equipment, and it is a combination of desander, desilter and underneath shale shaker with the features of compact structure, small footprint and great efficiency. It is an ideal equipment as the second or the third phase solids control equipment.
Main Features of TRQJ Series Mud Cleaner
- Mechanical Deck is adjustable during operation, reliable performance.
- Compact design with small footprint, with top feed and weir feed two option.
- Polyurethane ( PU ) material, high-chromium cast iron or ceramic to make desander and desilter cones.
- Desilter cones can be installed between eight and twenty 4" or 5" desilter cones, each cone can process 80 GPM, and makes a separation between 15 and 45 μm.
- Desander cones can be installed between one and three 10" desander cones, each cone can process 500 GPM and makes a separation between 45 and 75 μm.
- Hook-strip shaker screens for fast screens changing with screens.
