Main Introduction
All wells are drilled with generation of waste including drilling cuttings, waste water, spent drilling fluids, completion fluids, and filtration wastes ans so on. With increasing legislation, public awareness and minimum operator environmental standards, the drilling waste management has increased in importance and no ranks in importance along side that of drilling fluids around the world.
Our main drilling waste management is composed of VFD decanter centrifuge, vertical cutting dryer, screw pumps, 12 meters screw conveyor and 9 meter screw conveyor, mud tanks, mud agitator, etc. In some customized projects, maybe there will appear some solids control equipment, such as sand pump, mud cleaner, shale shaker with shaker screen, vacuum degasser, etc. We do not think this is a hard problem for TR to customized drilling waste management. On the other hand, we believe strongly that if the drilling waste management unit works well with the solids control system, that means their combination will bring an amazing high efficiency in the oil drilling work, and we are believe this is what we all want to get.
