Main Introduction

Desilter is the third class equipment in solids control system, it is used to separate the solid particles whose diameter is 15-44μm from drilling fluid. The desilter produced by TR Solids Control has the advantages of large handling capacity, high separation ability and convenient operation.

The basic principle of our hydro cyclone is to separate the two-phase or multi-phase mixture of liquid-liquid, liquid-solid, liquid-gas and so on with a certain density under the action of centrifugal force. The mixed liquid is tangentially flowed into the cyclone with a certain pressure, and a high-speed rotating flow field is generated in the cylindrical cavity. The high density components in the mixture under the action of the swirling flow at the same time along the axial downward movement along the radial outward movement in the reach of the force down along the wall along the wall, and from the bottom outlet, thus forming. 

Mechanics & Working Principle

SEC100×12 desilter cleaner are completed with 100mm polyurethane hydrocyclones, mud trough, manifold, motor, shale shaker, base and all necessary connections.The upper part of hydrocyclone is cylindrical with a tangential suction tube and a overflow tube in center. The lower part of hydrocyclone is cone with bottom silt discharge tube. The upper part and lower part are connected by hoop.
