Product Introduction
Mud agitator is part of the drilling fluids solids control equipment, which is mainly used to agitate and mix the drilling mud to prevent solids particles from depositing in the circulating tank and to stabilize the performance of drilling fluids. The motor and speed reducer, speed reducer and impeller shaft are connected by steel coupling.
Drilling cuttings are a major component of the harmful solid phase. To remove the harmful solid phase, they must be suspended, and then injected into the desander, desilter and centrifuge can be achieved. Useful solid phases, such as various aggravating materials (hematite powder, barite powder) and small amount of bentonite, they also need to be suspended evenly to keep stable density and other properties of the drilling fluid. Therefore, mud agitator is required to reliably and continuously operate to avoid precipitation of the solid phase.
