How to check centrifugal pump?
- Leveling of pump. Leveling work should comply with provisions of technical documents;
- Check if its fundamental dimension, location, and elevation comply with design requirement? Foundation bolts must fixed on steady pump rack. It won’t occur missing parts, damage and corrosion;
- According to the speciality of transferring liquid, we should check main parts, material of sealing element and gasket;
- Check all pipelines connected with centrifugal pump. Does installation of pipe and cleaning requirement of lubricating pipeline comply with relevant standard.
