Vertical cutting dryer is the newest drilling waste equipment. This newly designed and manufactured model 730 vertical screw discharging centrifuge (also known as "cutting dryer"). It is mainly used in oil sector, and especially redehydrates those drilling cuttings from shale shaker in solids control system. Solvedrilling's brand new 730 vertical cutting dryer is also used in recovery of valuable drilling fluid and decreasing moisture content of drilling cuttings in order to lower the cost of drilling cuttings harmless disposal.

Vertical Cuttings Dryer produced by TR Solids Control is a type of vertical centrifuge, which can perform solid/liquid separation through centrifugal separation. The vertical cuttings dryer can effectively recover the liquid phase in drilling cuttings, making the solid phase become very dry. It is suitable for water-base mud, oil-base mud and synthetic base mud.

Individual oil lubrication system with automatic alarm for pressure limit. The main motor and oil pump motor is interlocked with each other for avoiding the start of the main motor prior to the start of the oil pump motor .
