Brief Introduction
TRSL Series Hopper is used to concoct the drilling fluids and to change its density and viscosity. mud hopper is a new type of jet ejector device designed by combining the venturi tube with the original jet nozzle and funnel. It is not only simple in structure, but also has strong feasibility. It is an important spare part of jet mud mixer. In addition, it’s the most commonly used dosing equipment in solid control system. Strengths of TR Drilling Jet Mud Mixer
- Single jet mud mixer is composed of one sand pump, one jet mixing hopper that are installed in a base with pipe valves. Duplex jet mud mixer is composed of two sand pumps and two jet mixing hoppers.
- Jet mixing hopper and sand pump can either be combined or be installed separately, and they are connected by pipelines and valves. Seals adopt packing and mechanical double seal, which have good sealing performance.
- Jet mud mixer can change the density, viscosity and water loss effectively, and also enhance material dispersion effect, improve the mixed liquid pressure head, so that the material in the tank fully mixed.
