Introduction

Composite Frame Shaker Screen are made up of two to three 304/316 stainless steel wire cloth layers combined compositely together, without steel backing plate. Which can get an effective filtering area. The bottom of thick wire cloth, not only for the above screen cloth better filter, but also support it and save shaker screen lifetime. High-capacity composite screens provide a significant increase in fluid capacity as well as excellent resistance to blinding providing dryer solids discharge also a larger net usable screen area.

This kind of oil shaker screen is spare part for Nov/Brandt king cobra series drilling shale shaker. Regarding shale shaker screen, it is divided into common pre-tensioned steel frame screen and composite frame screen. Composite type frame screen has longer service life, better appearance, and convenience in drilling operation.
