Low Vibration and Noise Solids Control Submersible Slurry Pump

Main Introduction

Our submersible slurry pump can transport large particles of solid particles. The standard length of pump inserting liquid is 1.3 meter, and it can be equipped with a suction tube if required. The drive is mounted on the motor base by a vertical motor and connected to the pump with a coupling. The pump rotates clockwise from the direction of the motor.

The main features of our YZ submersible slurry pump are have enough rigidity in submerged parts of the shaft, and don’t set bearing and shaft seals between the impeller and pump, and could convey the medium containing solid particles with larger density. The transmission works by vertical motor mounted on the bearing base, connected by coupling and the pump.

Submersible slurry pump normally is used for feeding shale shaker for CBM, HDD or other drilling industry. The pump rotates clockwise from the direction of the motor. It is vertical single stage and single suction system and made of abrasion-resistant alloy. The standard length of pump 1.3m, but TR submersible slurry pump can be customized.
