Mud gun is a specialized tool for preventing mud deposition which is conducive for TR driller-mud fixed control system. It is widely used in the recovery system of drilling mud. Power of source of the mentioned device derives from reflux system or low-pressure sand pump of drilling mud pump. It features in simple structure, flexible operation, convenient application, making itself an ideal anti-deposition device of mud fixed control system.

TRNJQ mud gun has simple structure, flexible operation, and can prevent mud precipitation in the corner. Generally mud guns include high pressure mud guns and low pressure mud guns. Drilling fluids through the nozzle produce high-speed flow for achieving the purpose of mixing drilling fluids. The pressure and flow rate are transmitted by the high pressure main drilling pump or by centrifugal pumps in most cases.

The choosing of mud gun depends on the tank size. It is usually installed with mud line. We can provide 2’’ and 3’’ inlet pipe for option and our mud gun can be classified into three kinds--low pressure, medium pressure and high pressure. And it is mainly used to match with centrifugal pump or shear pump.
