During drilling operation, safety joint works like one drill pipe sub, its ID coincides with connected pipe string, so there is no problem for operation in the bore of pipe string. Safety joint body adopts for special wide saw form connection thread, ingenious tension structure design, when connecting, just need certain torque to connect the whole. Unless given more than 40% opposite, it won't release automatically in downhole working.
