Product Overview

TRZYQ series mud gas separator combined with the flare ignition device can be used to ensure drilling process smoothly. According to the pressure, our mud gas separator can be divided into normal pressure type and pressure auto-control type. Mud gas separator is a field proven and extremely reliable safety equipment designed for today’s challenging drilling operations.

The gas invasion drilling fluid enters the separator from the inlet of the separator, and the surface area of the drilling fluid is enlarged and exposed after impacting with the impact plate. The large bubble is broken and separated from the drilling fluid. After the first degassing of the drilling fluid, the surface area of the three layers of baffles is increased again, and the remaining bubbles are broken and separated again. The free gas is discharged through the gas outlet of the top of the tank and is brought to the safety place.
