Product Overview
Decanter centrifuge are used to process unweighted and weighted, water-based and oil-based drilling fluids (muds). Mechanical energy is utilized to increase the gravitational force exerted on solids that are present in the mud system.oilfield Decanting Centrifuge are able to apply over 3,000 G-forces on the liquid/solids mixture, which separates the heavier solids from the lighter solids. Additionally, high G-forces separate fine solids from liquid.
TRLW series mud centrifuges are designed with practical structure and environmental friendly concept. The middle speed, high speed and variable-speed decanting centrifuges can separate and remove solid phrases in drilling fluids with safe, consistent, and efficient working performance, satisfying different request for solids control in oil drilling, drilling waste management, and other industrial applications.
The centrifuges which made by out factory can clarify, dehydrate and classify the suspensions with 0.002-3 mm solid-phase particles and thickness range at 0.5~40%. The product can be classify into two type LW-counter-current and parallel-current base on its structure feature.

- Screw carrier adopts YG6 wear-resistant alloy sheet protection. With long life, easy maintenance and replacement.
- Diversion port of screw pusher and slag-drip opening of the drum are protected by replaceable wear-resistant alloy sleeve, delaying the service life and maintenance cycle.
