Product Introduction
Mud decanting centrifuge can recycle the barite. It's important by cleaning out the small particle(2μm-7μm) from the drilling fluids to control fluids density and viscosity and improve the efficiency of well drilling.
The use of centrifuge for filtration and separation is always an experimental technology. The technicians are required to analyze the actual working conditions and specific requirements, select appropriate equipment by using the mastered separation technology, in order to optimize or obtain the separation process parameters through professional debugging, then leads to a better and efficiency separation result, and lower the costs and energy.
The core of decanter centrifuges use the stainless steel. Residue outlet use strong alloy steel. Bearing use PAG (Germany brand) and SKF (Sweden brand). Electric parts use the Siemens and Schneider chint brand ( ATEX , IEC,EX standard).
Design Characterstics of TRLW Series Decanter Centrifuge
- Straight and cone section of the drum are made from 2205 duplex stainless steel material, adopt centrifugal casting process.
- Screw carrier adopts YG6 wear-resistant alloy sheet protection. With long life, easy maintenance and replacement.
- Using imported SKF and NSK bearings to improve equipment stability and bearing life.
- Remaining components of the drum assembly are made from SS316L.
- Drum assembly is protected with demountable support frame in transit, preventing damage to bearing.
- Schneider or Siemens electrical components. Current overload & mechanical limit switch dual protections.
- Diversion port of screw pusher and slag-drip opening of the drum are protected by replaceable wear-resistant alloy sleeve, delaying the service life and maintenance cycle.
- Frequency control facilitates customers to adjust speed at any time, meeting different working conditions.
