Product Overview
The Fishing Tap is made up of high quality alloy steel and processed by special heat treatment, having the advantages of high strength, high toughness and easy tapping. The taper tap is manufactured from high alloy steel and special heat treated.
The tool are used go engage the outside diameter of a fish, usually in situations where conventional releasing overshots would not be a feasible option. They are designed to tap threads into the steel so that the fish can be retrieved or the fishing job can be continued.

Our die collar is an external catch fishing tool designed to retrieved bubular members from the well bore. It is the most economical tool of its kind for freeing fish. . The hardened cutting teeth(wickers) are carbo-nitrided and machined on a shallow taper to provide an excellent grip for light duty pick-up jobs. Plain watertight wickers are furnished as standard equipment. Fluted wickers are also available on request.
When the hole size is considerably larger than the diameter of the fish, a guide can be assemble to the bottom of the die collar.
