Product Overview
The U series plug valve is an indispensable important part used to connect high pressure manifold which can provide dependable service for applications such as cementing, fracturing, acidizing, well kill and sand control. They have a proven track record of excellent field serviceability. With a compact structure and low torque, it can be maintained easily and opened quickly. The available working pressure is up to 15000psi. Standard service and sour service models are all available.
Check whether the valve position is in match with the mark and rotate the plug cap 90 degree to see if the plug valve can be operated freely.
Structure Characteristics of TR Wellhead Plug Valve
- Contrast between the tile and plunger seal cylindrical metal complexes, characterized with high precision, sealed reliable.
- Mainly by the valve body, hand wheel, plunger, and other component parts.
- Import and export have adopted 1502 from the previous form of connectivity (also customized according to customer needs), the valve body and between the cylinder liner tile with tile and through lining embedded into seals Cylindrical Seal.
- Note: 10000 psi high-pressure, can also more relaxed on or off valve.
