Water-Based Drilling Waste Management Solution for Oil Gas Drilling
Introduction
The skid-mounted drying machine system is composed of mud tank, cutting dryer, VFD decanter centrifuge, mud agitator, screw pump, collection tank, screw conveyor, ladder, walkway, handrail, pipes and valves.
The whole drilling waste management (unit)is composed of VFD decanter centrifuge, vertical cutting dryer, screw pumps, 12 meters screw conveyor and 9 meter screw conveyor, mud tanks, mud agitator, etc. In some customized projects, maybe there will appear some solid control equipment, such as sand pump, mud cleaner, shale shaker with shaker screen, vacuum degasser, etc. We do not think this is a hard problem for WestPetro to customized drilling waste management, on the other hand, we believe strongly that if the drilling waste management unit works well with the solid control system, that means their combination will bring an amazing high efficiency in the oil drilling work, and we are believe this is what we all want to get.
