Product Overview
Rod pump is also referred to as "insert pump" as its plunger is attached tok and moves up and down with the sucker rod string .It issuitable for reducing the time of workover for deep well as it is not neccessary to pull all the tubing out of the well hole when checking the pump, which makes the operation quicker and the service life of tubing longer.The rodpump is in a state of "free hanging",so it is suitable for deviated wells. According to seating mode ,the rod pump can be divided into two types: cup hold-down and mechanical hold-down. According to anchored position, the pump can be divided into top hold-down pumps and bottom hold-down pumps which include stationary barrel and traveling barrel types.
The plunger surface of the rod pump is spray-welded nickel-based alloy, the inner bore of the pump barrel is nickel-plated phosphorus or carbonitriding, valve ball, Balls and other key parts are made of special corrosion-resistant materials, and are subjected to strict heat treatment and precision mechanical processing.
Structure and working principle
1.) Sucker rod pump is the deep well pump without bushing, divided the top fixed type (RHA, RWA), the bottom fixed (RHB, RMB). There are two structures, plunger assembly inside barrel and external assembly.
2.) The working principle of rod pump is the same as tubing pump, by reciprocating of plunger to suck oil from well. During up-stroke, the fixed valve and the annular valve open, traveling valve closed, the well fluid is sucked into the pump barrel, and the liquid above the plunger is pumped to the ground. When down stroke, traveling valve open, and fixed valve and annular valve closed, it force fluid to flow into plunger through traveling valve.
3.) Working barrel is fixed by stable clamp spring, and double anchored and sealed with metal sealing and Teflon sealing.
