Product Introduction
The subsurface sucker rod pumps are manufactured in accordance with API 11AX, and have been API monogrammed and ISO 9001 licensed. Technology was introduced from USA in 1980' s. More than 40 models and sizes of sucker rod pumps are available with the diameter ranging from 28 mm to 108 mm. Annual production capacity: 150, 000 sets .
Conventional pump types: rod pump, tubing pump and special purpose pump.

The main spare parts of subsurface sucker rod pumps are barrel, plunger and valve.
Technical Performance & Characteristics of Rod Pump
- Compact structure and easy installation and maintenance.
- The valve ball and seat are made of high carbon chromium stainless steel, tungsten carbide, titanium carbide or other materials, thus its service life is extended.
- The surface of the plunger is subject to build-up welding with nickel-based alloy powder, thus the corrosion-resistant performance is enhanced.
- The pump barrel is made of high-quality special tubes, and the internal surface is hardened through chrome or nickel-phosphorus plating, resulting high strength, rigidness and corrosion-resistant performance.
