Product Overview
Subsurface Sucker Rod Pumps are manufactured in accordance with API 11AX and ISO 9001. More than 50 models and sizes of sucker rod pumps are available with the diameter ranging from 28 mm to 108 mm. Conventional sucker rod pump types includes rod pump and tubing pump.
Rod pump is applicable to the deep well and inclined well, with low liquid lever and small oil output. Meanwhile, the wells should have sufficient liquid supply and the sand and wax is not serious. The pumping depth is not above 3100 meters. During working, the maintain can be done by lifting sucker rod, instead of tubing. This method can reduce labor and improve the efficiency.
How to Use Sucker Rod Pump?
- Before leaving the pump, you must check the factory mark and certificate on the pump. Confirm that it is the oil pump required for this oil well, and carefully check whether the pump barrel is bent, whether the exposed threads are damaged or corroded, and whether the connection parts of each thread are loose.
- For the oil pump that has been in stock for more than one year, the plunger and pump barrel should be cleaned before going down the well, and the plunger should be pulled back and forth.
- The well site where the pump is to be pumped must be kept clean and tidy to prevent sand or other things from falling into the well and affecting the normal pumping of the pump. A final inspection should be performed when lowering the pump. To ensure that the protective cap, plug and protective entanglement are all removed.
Working Principle
In the upper stroke, the plunger is on the bottom of the tubing pump. Because the hydraulic pressure from the uper tubing, both up and traveling valves will close, When the plunger go up, the stationary valve open and oil will go through the pump, since the bottom pressure is higher than the uper pressure, then the fluid will be forced to go through the stationary valve and flow into the tubing.
In the down stroke,the traveling valve open and the presure drive the oil go into the plunger from the side holeof the extractor, then go into the tubing.
