API 11B Hot Rolled Sucker Rod Polished Rod for Oilfield
Product Overview
Polished rod is designed with the same function with sucker rod but used at the top surface of oilwell, it is also called polished sucker rod, as it come accross the stuffing box to join the downside sucker rod and horse head through bridle and clamp.All our polished rods are made of quality alloy steel and machined by advanced equipment and technology, with high strength, smooth surface and long service life. The tensile strength exceeds 1, 000 MPa (145, 000psi).
The manufacturing process are used the advanced technologies globally. High-strength and super high strength sucker rod are our main products, in accordance with the standards SY/TSO29, SYTS6272& API Spec 11B. We also produce the specially sucker rod and pony sucker rod ,to filling with our customers’ requirements.
Main Characterstics of Oilfield Sucker Rod
- Grade D sucker rod is made from fine alloy steel, featured by high strength, better plasticity and long service life after heat treatment. This product is suitable for no-corrosion or light-corrosion environment oil-well widely.
- Grade HL and HY sucker rods are super-high strength sucker rod, having the same size and main parameter as grade D sucker rod, but their strength is capable to reach 966~1195Mpa. Grade HL, HY sucker rods are suitable for the deep oil-well or big-pump capacity oil-well.
- Grade C sucker rod is made from fine carbon steel. It is featured by mid-strength, good plasticity, toughness, corrosion resistance. It is suitable for sour medium environment where it is not susceptible to sulphuric stress cracking.
- And grade K, KD and KH sucker rod are made from fine Cr-Ni-Mo alloy steel containing different amount of Ni. They possess more powerful anti-corrosion function. The products are suitable for strong corrosion oil-well, with depth of shallow, middle and deep respectively.
