Brief Introduction
 
Decanter centrifuge is used in separating suspension of solid phase with particle diameter d≥2μm for drilling mud and fluids handling, the mud can achieve ideal viscosity and proportion. Ruggedly built for oilfield and industrial services, it is especially effective in environmentally sensitive areas. It delivers high fluid-recovery rates and efficient solids control to significantly reduce the costs of makeup fluids and disposal. Our decanter centrifuge can meet with different requirements of mud treatment under various drilling conditions. The centrifuge must test the dynamic balance for smooth operation over long periods. seeed ranging from 0 to 3900RPM, generating centrifugal forces reach up to 3000G.
 

According to feed feature, our decanter centrifuge can be divide into LW two-phase separator, LWS three-phase separator. It is suitable for separating different feed under different process condition, and widely use in pharmaceutical, food, chemical, light industry, environmental protection industry etc.

1. Drum assembly is protected with demountable support frame in transit, preventing damage to bearing.
2. Using imported SKF and NSK bearings to improve equipment stability and bearing life.
3. Straight and cone section of the drum are made from 2205 duplex stainless steel material, adopt centrifugal casting process.
4. Screw carrier adopts YG6 wear-resistant alloy sheet protection. With long life, easy maintenance and replacement.
5. Remaining components of the drum assembly are made from SS316L.
6. Frequency control facilitates customers to adjust speed at any time, meeting different working conditions.
7. Schneider or Siemens electrical components. Current overload & mechanical limit switch dual protections.
8. Diversion port of screw pusher and slag-drip opening of the drum are protected by replaceable wear-resistant alloy sleeve, delaying the service life and maintenance cycle.
