Product Descrption

Roller Kelly Bushings can be classed as two types based on different ways of drive, square drive and pin drive. Also they can be classed as three types based on different style, heavy, medium and light-duty. They are used for 17.1/2 to 49.1/2inch rotary tables. They are designed and manufactured according to API Spec 7K.

The bushing is to drive kelly by matching with rotary bushing. There are two drive modes: square drive and pin drive. Thre types: Heavy, medium, and light. For kelly: Square and Hexagonal. It fits for 17 1/2-49 1/2 in rotary tables. The product is designed and manufactured according to API Spec 7K Specification for Drill and well servising Equipment.

1. Two transmission styles (square and pinconnect) are available.
2. Through the rotation of four rolls, the friction between rolls and kelly pipes is reduced to extend service life.
3. Roller kelly bushing is a necessary tool for drilling, by matching with rotary square to drive kelly pipe.
4. Change different rollers to match with different squares and hexagona l kelly pipes and connect with different rotary tables.
5. It is designed and manufactured according to API Spec 7K “Specification For Drilling Equipment".
