Roller Kelly Bushings can be classed as two types based on different ways of drive, square drive and pin drive. Also they can be classed as three types based on different style, heavy, medium and light-duty. They are used for 17.1/2 to 49.1/2inch rotary tables. They are designed and manufactured according to API Spec 7K.

We manufacture Pin Drive Kelly Bushing for onshore & offshore Drilling Operations, available in two sizes Model 27 PDHD, 20 PDHD, suitable for a range of 20½" to 49½" Rotary Table having 23" and 25-3/4" Dia Pin Centre, works as connecting equipment between Rotary Table & Kelly. This unit is used for Heavy Duty Drilling Operation & high torque conditions at the time of Drilling Operations & handle Kelly sizes from 3" to 6" Square or Hexagonal. Suitable up to torque load: 32362 N-m at 300 RPM.

1. The contact between Kelly and roller is rolling contact, so friction is lower, and weight on bit is accurate.
2. Through the rotation of four rolls, the friction between rolls and kelly pipes is reduced to extend service life.
3. t is designed and manufactured according to API Spec 7K “Specification For Drilling Equipment".
4. Two transmission styles (square and pinconnect) are available.
5. Pulling out or feeding off string can be done while rotating.
6. The bushing is easily installed into the master bushing, maintaining good alignment.
7. Because of its intergral construction, it can not fly out and hurt you.
