Air O Grip Unions Mud Tank Union Drilling Pipe Fittings

Product Overview

Air Grip Unions are for low-pressure fluid or mud suction and return lines. A leak tight seal is achieved with rig supplied compressed air, even if the connecting pipe is not perfectly aligned. The oil and abrasion resistant NBR pneumatic tube can be inflated up to 200 psi against the outside diameter of the connecting pipe, speeding field set up and eliminating the need for low-pressure flanged connections.

Air Grip union is widely applied in drilling fluid pipelines, with features of low-pressure, large pipe size, big pipe misalignment, frequent installation and uninstall. Especially, in connecting mud tanks, mud suction and return lines in solid control system.

We also produce special Hammer Union Seals (Lip Seals) in materials that resist explosive decompression for safety and reliability. We manufacture compatible Hammer Union Seals for Weco Hammer Union Seals and Guiberson Hammer Union Seals.
