API 8C Center Latch 18 Degrees Type Drill Pipe Elevator

Product Introduction

Drill pipe elevators are conventional center door elevators for handling square shoulder drill pipes in oil and gas drilling operation, the elevators are cast from high quality alloy steel, heat-treated, and NDT tested. the rated loads rang from 100t(1350kN) to 500t(4500kN).

"G" type drill pipe elevators are center latch elevator with 18 degree taper shoulder, applied in handling the drilling pipe and drilling tools, etc. ZX "G" type drill pipe elevators are conventional center latch taper type elevators for handling drill pipe.

There are eight types ranging from 100 to750 ton capacity and covering pipe sizes from 2-3/8'' to 6-5/8" OD. A modified G type elevator uses a special wear bushing for use with Top Drive Systems.

Packaging Detail

1. Normal packing: plywood case, wooden box or pallet.
2. Suitable for ocean shipping and air shipping.
3. Max. weight for each package: 260 Kg.
4. Standard packing dimension: 940 * 550 * 400 mm.
5. Special packing requirements should be known in advance.
6. Custom packing is available.
