Product Introduction
Manual tongs are tools used to drill and unscrew various types of pipe strings and tools during drilling and workover operations. By changing the buckle heads and buckle steps, the requirements of the different sizes of pipe diameters and buckles can be met. Products are designed and manufactured in accordance with API Spec 7K specifications.
Type "DB" Tong covers drill pipe or casing sizes from 3 1/2" through 17" OD and has excellent durability. The tong is made from alloy steel, heat treated and magnetic particle inspected. All steel specifications are certified.
We could supply series of manual tong equal to NOV VARCO BJ style, covering all pipe sizes up to 36". All kinds of manual tongs are designed and manufactured according to API Spec 7K. According to the different handling size & torque, latch lug jaws and handling shoulders can be adjusted, and the multiple latch steps on the jaws will handle different size pipes without removing jaws.
