API 7K TQ340-35 Casing Power Tongs for Drilling Rig
Product Descrption
Hydraulic power tong is an open type power tong which is used to lift and discharge oil pipe, casing pipe, drill pipe and similar screw thread pipe column in oil filed well service. This power tong features impact structure, convenient operation, reliable performance, good durability, wide applications and large output torque. With this product, the labour intensity of workers can be lowered, besides, the working efficiency and oil service quality can be increased.
TQ series casing power tong driven by hydraulic motor, can hold the Φ140~Φ340 (51/2~133/8in) pipe string; it can hold Φ340~Φ406(133 by replacing the ring gear and jaw plate /8~16in) of the pipe column, the pipe column of Φ101~Φ140 (4~51/2in) is clamped by the additional jaw plate. Casing power clamp arm 813 (32in), torque value is 35kN·m (25000 ft·lb). Products are designed and manufactured according to API Speck 7K specifications.
