Measurement of Rubber Track 

In order to extend the life of rubber tracks, please complete the following work:
A. Never turn urgently on the concrete floor, gravel road, or hard and sharp road, in order to avoid speeding up the wearing, twisting and chapping of the rubber track.
B. Try not to work in the rotten field, to avoid rubber track skid and wear.
C. When the stones or other objects come into the crawler and chassis, stop immediately, and clear gravels or obstacles.
 

Warranty

Rubber Tracks are manufactured to ISO9001 quality standards and are supplied with
a warranty covering manufacturing defects provided the products are used in normal working
conditions and in accordance with OEM recommendations. Incorrect fitment of a rubber track
including tensioning can result in the premature failure of the track and will void the warranty.
Regular cleaning of the drive system – sprocket, idler and rollers – as well as the track is highly
recommended to obtain maximum track life.
The track warranty which runs from date of purchase period varies according to track type. We

guarantee one year under normal use.

Rubber Tracks are not warranted against wear and tear, misuse, damage caused by
non-recommended working conditions including but not limited to use on demolition sites or
other site where track damage is likely due to rubble, concrete, metal etc, use in water, worn
undercarriage components or improper track adjustment.
