Automatic Production Line Process

The ecological decorative gypsum board production line is an automatic production line. The production line is composed of the material supply and slurry preparation section, the forming section, the automatic demoulding section, and the post-processing section. Material Supply and Slurry Preparation Section

Forming section

Automatic Control System

The whole production line uses the PLC control system. Focus on quantitative control of the dosing and slurry preparation system. The detection of the concentration and size of the slurry by the detector is timely fed back to the powder metering conveyor and the liquid material metering device to realize the quantitative supply of the slurry.
