Main Process:
1. Dosing system
Accurate dosing for each raw material. Starch mixing tank use stainless steel, with long service life and low corrosive.The foaming agent reserve tank is made of stainless steel. Foaming system adopts domestic advanced technology-Dynamic and static foaming system, ensuring the finished board is lightweight, good toughness and saving much cost.
2. Paper supply system
Application:used to provide paper to the gypsum board.
Composition::The paper roll lifting machine, uncoiling device, pneumatic paper receiving machine, paper storing machine, paper pulling machine, paper guiding machine, scoring machine and automatic correction machine.
3. Forming&Solidification system
Application: to form the semi-finished gypsum board products from the gypsum powder slurry
4. Automatic cutting system
The cutting machine uses dual-serve motor, only1 mm gap between cutting saw, saving cost .
5. Distribution system
Application: used to transport the wet gypsum board to each story of drying machine with the control of PLC distributor.
6. Drying system
We have hot air technology and conduction oil technology, drying room temperature is uniform
7. Electronic control system
High electrical automation degree, low failure rate, less workers.
