Sperm Vitality Kit for Determination of Sperm Vitality Eosin-Nigrosin Staining Male Infertility Test
The kit is mainly used for evaluating the sperm vitality in human semen, while verify the membrane structure and functional completeness of immotile sperm.

Test principle:
- Eosin-nigrosin staining: After the sperm die, the permeability of membrane increases, and the Eosin-Y staining then can penetrate and stain the sperm red, while the live spermatozoa will not be stained. The black background formed by nigrosin would make the staining difference between dead and live spermatozoa much more observable.
Main compositions
- Eosin-nigrosin solution 3 vial 7.5ml 2.5ml/vial containing Eosin-Y and Eosin-nigrosin

Storage conditions:
- The kit should be kept out of sun and stored at the temperature of 2~8° C.
