this machine is used to make the 3 ply , 5 ply or 7 ply corrugated cardboard , using the original paper or kraft paper rolls . 

it is composed of a serious of machines with different functions , such as : 

1. electric / hydraulic mill roll stand , for carry the origin paper rolls . 

2. single facer , used to make 2 layer corrugated cardboard

3. preheater , to raise the paper temperature , in order to improve cardboard quality and production line

4. glue machine , coating glue on cardboard , used for 3 layer or 5 layer or 7 layer producing 

​5. double facer , for corrugated heating and cooling shaping . 

7. slitter scorer , for cardboard slitting and creasing lines according to order size .

8 . ​cut off machine , to cut off the cardboard in pieces according to order size . 

​9. stacker : to collect finished cardboard in piles and storage .
