this machine is the carton forming machine from the corrugated cardboard sheet , through the printing , slotting / die cutting to make the cardboard can fold to a carton . 

this machine feature : 

1. with low price and higher speed . we have updates this type of machine for many times.

• now in the market , there are many economical type printer , the first unit is the combination with lead edge feeder and first printing unit . 
• in our company , we seperate them in different units , which can operate the machine more convenient , with bigger power for machine running and higher speed . 

2. we add some devices for some parts , which can make the adjustment time shorter. 

• in lead edge feeder , we add the computer to adjust the feeding baffles , can input the feeding size of cardboard in touching screen , the baffles will move to right position automatically . 
• in each printing unit , we add the installation grooving of printing plate . 

3. in slotting unit , manually adjust the blades and creasing wheels .

    suggestion : we don't recommend customer to add the electric blade adjustment function in this configuration of printer , its price will be higher and not save time and steps when adjust blades .  manually adjustment is already convenient .

4. die cutting unit : 

• our die cutting unit , add the transfer belt , when machine running , and cut off the waste paper , fall down on the belt , can transfer the waste paper out of machine . 
• we add the brush on the rubber roller , to clean the roller for good running .
