Small Carton Automatic Double Color Flexo Printing Slotting Machine

Introduction

The machine adopts vacuum adsorption auxiliary paperboard feeding system (air volume is adjustable), with the function which can complete the slotting, angle-cutting, slitting, creasing etc. of corrugated paperboard in one time. Slotting depth of this machine is with electric adjustment, and equipped with the scale reading. Slotting phase adjustment is to the planetary gear structure, adopting the electric computer type 360 degrees adjustment, and the upper and lower slotting knife disc and creasing wheels can synchronous moving to left or right, (note: some special tool to adjust the movement), it is easy to use and maintenance, compact, which is a professional in view of the small carton slotting forming equipment .

Printing Part

• The printing roller diameter is Φ208mm , adopts high quality thick-walled seamless steel tube which is grinding and hard chromium plating on the surface .
• The anilox adopts diameter Φ136mm , 220 mesh high quality steel which is produced by Tengda in Dalian city.
• The rubber roller adopts diameter Φ86mm made by Chunfeng Jizhou , adopts the rubber with wear-resisting, oil resistance and acid & alkali resistant. The roller is in highly grinding with good ink transfer effect.
• The pressure adjustment of printing roller adopts high precision crosshead shoe gapless adjustment to make fine adjustment, can make the printing pressure reach the best printing condition.
• 360 degree electric phase, button phase adjustment mechanism adopts planetary gear structure, can freely adjust in 360 degree by electric button when machine running.
• ink pump provide ink automatically, lift printing plate by hand. also with the automatic ink distribution system, which avoid the bad influence to the printing result when ink dry out because of machine stop running. Used 1.2inch PVC ink-back tube, smooth tube wall avoid ink-stuff up and sticking, can send the ink to ink bucket in time to avoid ink-leak phenomenon.
