The printing unit
1. High quality Φ216mm thick seamless steel tube which is surface grinding and hard chrome - plating.
2. High quality Φ136mm 220 mesh steel anilox roller which is made by Tengda Dalian.
3. Using Φ86mm rubber roller Producted by Chunfeng Jizhou. It is well wear-resisting, oil resistance and acid and alkali resistant. The roller is in highly grinding so it is highly printing precision .
4. The pressing adjustment of printing roller adopt high precision crosshead shoe gapless adjustment to do the slight adjustment, can make the printing pressure reach best condition.
5. Using 360°electric phase, printing motor button phase adjust mechanism adopt planetary gear structure, can freely adjust machine work or stop 360°by electric button when machine running.
6 Ink pump provide ink automatically, lift printing plate by hand. also with the automatic ink distribution system, which avoid the bad influence to the printing result when ink dry out because of machine stop running. Used 1.2inch PVC ink-back tube, smooth tube wall avoid ink-stuff up and sticking, can send the ink to ink bucket in time to avoid ink-leak phenomenon.
