1600mm Suction Type Single Facer For Making 2 Layer Corrugated Paperboard

Structural features:
1.Adopt vacuum suction structure, with high pressure strong blower. Suction with silencer. Gas supply and electrical control cabinet to focus on the same operation cabinet, not less than 1.5 meters away from the host, Fully enclosed full operation side.
2.Wallboard in cast iron structure, Wallboard thickness 130mm.
3.Corrugated roller material adopt 48CrMoalloy steel, through quenched, laser hardening, surface finish process, main corrugated roller diameter¢ 280mm, surface hardness above HRC60 degree. The key parts bearings of the corrugated roller and pressure roller adopt Wafangdian produced high temperature bearings.
4.Pressure roller ¢ 292mm,surface grinding and chrome-plated; cylinder control to remove up and down, No.45 carbon steel materials, quenching process (with cushioning devices).
5.Pneumatic control glue feed and back, glue roller diameter ￠216mm, after surface polished ,engraved 25-line pit style then chrome plated, glue scraping roller surface with polished and hard chrome plated.
6.Corrugated roller, pressure roller materials is provided by the Central Plains Steel, corrugated roller with 0.15mm up-middle-high in single side, pressure roller with 0.075mm middle & high in single side . Pressure cylinder adopt ¢ 160mm air cylinder.
7.Preheat roller adopt seamless steel pipe production by tiangang ¢ 320mm.
