Features:
The thickness of the gear is 50mm, after high-frequency-quenching, the hardness can reach 45-48HRC. The feeding system is vacuum suction lead edge feeding, it is PLC control, can control printing section, slotting section, die cutting section independently.
The slotting section has pre-pressing roller,phase adjust is 360°electric adjust,horizontal movement of slotting blade and pre-pressing roller is electric, and have ruler to measure.The slotting device has four pressing rollers, pre-pressing and main pressing. The roller is hard-chrome-plated, rectification, running stable. The slotting blade shaft is electric adjusted, blade is alloy steel, durable. The trimming blade is sharp and has high degree of precision. The slot phase is 360 degree electric adjusted, planetary gear structure. The height of the box is electric adjusted.
