1 The full automatic high - speed flexo ink printing die cutting gluing bundling linkage line is composed of feeding unit , printing units , die cutting &slotting units , folding and gluing unit , correcting & counting output , these five units .
2 The machine adopts high quality steel welding carefully processed and assembled .
3 when the printing department starts , the gluing bundling starts .
4 automatic providing the glue , glue loop , then never break the glue off , no artificailly adding glue , save time and effort .
5 Stainless steel coated wheel , corrosion resistance , wear resistance , uniform glue , glue saving and glue quantity is about one third of printing department .
6 Folder department is equipped with adjusted pressing - line wheel , making cartons be folded more smoothly , glue more beautiful and exact .
